By scheduling services with Air Works Heating & Cooling, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Air Works Heating & Cooling provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) installation, repair, and maintenance. All work is performed according to current local, state, and federal regulations.

2. Estimates and Pricing Estimates are based on the information available at the time with reasonable access to the workspace and limited disassembly of parts, equipment or ductwork. Final pricing may vary if additional work or parts are required. All pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Diagnostic service charges may apply regardless of repair approval. We accept cash, checks, and credit card payments. Late fees may begin after 15 days. 3% of the current balance will be added every 7 days until the balance is paid in full. For larger projects, a down payment may be required before work can begin.

4. Scheduling and Access Customers must provide access to the property at scheduled service times. Rescheduling may be required for access issues. Rescheduling fees may apply.

5. Warranties and Liability Air Works Heating & Cooling warrants that workmanship meets industry standards. Equipment and parts are subject to manufacturer warranties only. Liability is limited to the specific services rendered and excludes existing equipment and parts not directly serviced. Air Works Heating & Cooling is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows Service cancellations may incur a fee. Cancellation of work where a down payment has already been paid, and no work has been performed, a refund may be issued to the customer less any service or restocking fees. Cancellations after work has begun may result in forfeit of down payment funds.

7. Safety Air Works Heating & Cooling reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist or appear while performing work. HVAC systems and fuel gas supply systems that are damaged or malfunctioning can create unsafe conditions and may be disabled. 

8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Air Works Heating & Cooling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

9. Ceiling Damage Disclaimer

With the nature of some structure designs, HVAC systems may be located in attics above decoratively finished spaces. Air Works Heating & Cooling cannot be held responsible for incidental, cosmetic, or water damage to ceilings, drywall, plaster, ceiling trim or paint/finishes that occurs during and/or after any type of HVAC work is provided.

10. Changes to Terms Updates to these terms may take place periodically. The most current version will be available on our website.
